Champions Club in Trinity Florida Home Sales Statistics for September 2009

Champions Club consists of seven exclusive communities of single family homes in Trinity, Florida. It is a fantastic  community with close proximity to shopping, U.S. Highway 19 and McMullen Booth Road, Tarpon Springs beaches, and much more.

Residents of this exclusive community have access to a clubhouse, tennis courts, fitness center, spa, swimming pool, and Fox Hollow Golf Course which was designed by golf legend Robert Trent Jones, Sr. Residents of Champions Club are pampered  with all the luxuries life has to offer.

In the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) realtors ® list it under “Champions Club” under “Subdivision Name.”

For September 2009 there were no single family homes that were listed in the MLS that sold.

Trinity Florida Home Sales Statistics for September 2009

Trinity is a community that consists of single family homes in a 3,700-acre planned community located in Pasco County, Florida.

In the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) realtors ® list it under “Trinity” under “Subdivision Name.” (We do not include Champions Club which is listed as “Champions Club.”)

For September 2009 three single-family homes that were listed in the MLS were sold.

They were as follows:
