Trinity Florida Homes for Sale

Trinity is a community in Southwest Pasco County that started in the early 1990’s. Today approximately 3,500 families live in Trinity.

Approximately 3,685 acres compose Trinity and was developed by Adam Smith Enterprises, Inc. (ASE). ASE is one of several companies operating under the management guidance of Jireh, Inc.

The founder of Jireh is Dr. James P. Gills, a well-known and well-respected Tarpon Springs Florida ophthalmologist who is also the founder of one of the largest and most comprehensive outpatient eye surgery practices in the world, St. Luke’s Cataract and Laser Institute, located in Tarpon Springs.

Dr. Gills has long been a major landholder of west Florida real estate. In the early 1980’s he formed Jireh to coordinate the development of much of this raw land into productive residential communities and commercial projects. One of these communities is Trinity.
